SafeHarbor is led by three partners with proven track records in real estate investment, construction, and capital markets — co-investing in every deal alongside our investors.

Co-founded and sold BaseCamp Student for $1 billion — a landmark exit in European student housing. Together with his son Armon, Amnon built BaseCamp into a market leader across Northern Europe before its 2022 acquisition by Xior, a Belgian REIT, creating the largest student housing platform in Europe.
Over three decades, Amnon has led acquisitions, asset management, and value-driven investment strategies across residential, hospitality, and commercial real estate in international markets. Prior to BaseCamp, he held senior leadership roles at multiple real estate firms and structured large-scale cross-border transactions.
At SafeHarbor, Amnon leads capital strategy and institutional relationships, drawing on a global network built over thirty years in the industry.
Developed over 1,000 residential units in Tel Aviv and leads one of Israel's most established construction firms — Yanushevsky Group, founded in 1946. A licensed general contractor with 20+ years of experience, Nir specializes in high-density urban renewal and demolition-rebuild projects.
Under Nir's leadership, the Group has executed major projects for Israel's most strategic sectors — including military and government infrastructure — and for multinationals including General Electric, Siemens, and Oracle.
Former Vice President and Chairman of the Israeli Builders Association, representing the country's top construction firms and influencing national building policy. Also serves in international roles at CICA and on the Israel OSHA board.
At SafeHarbor, Nir oversees construction, conversion execution, and operational discipline across the portfolio.
Leads SafeHarbor's investor relations, working with a limited group of family offices, high-net-worth investors, and institutional partners across Israel, the U.S., and Europe.
Represents the third generation of the Yanushevsky real estate family — an 80-year legacy of construction and development in Israel. After relocating to the U.S. nearly a decade ago, Gil played a pivotal role in expanding the family's activity into the U.S. market, culminating in the launch of SafeHarbor.
Brings a disciplined strategy background from Deloitte, where she specialized in brand positioning and client engagement. Combines quantitative marketing rigor with direct real estate investment experience, leading SafeHarbor's partnerships, operations, and investor-facing functions.
Holds an MBA in Marketing and Management, an MA Magna Cum Laude, and a BA in Psychology and Communications.
SafeHarbor was founded with family capital and a multigenerational mindset.
We don't manage assets from a distance. We invest our own money, oversee execution on the ground, and hold ourselves accountable to the same outcomes as our partners.
Founded with family capital. We co-invest in every transaction, ensuring full alignment with our investors.
Multi-generational contractors and developers. We come from the field, not from a trading desk.
We deploy capital only with clear downside protection. Conservative assumptions drive every underwriting decision.
